After YEARS of having the same mattress (gross, I know), Mr. Jones and I really needed to upgrade our sleep situation. There are so many options out there though, how do you choose?! Luckily our friends at Tuft & Needle were kind enough to send us one of their memory foam mattresses to test out and today I'm telling you all about our experience!
Mr. Jones was shocked when our mattress showed up at the front door in a large box and I could tell that he was even a little worried. In true manly man fashion, he opened it without looking at the instructions and we were both shocked by how quickly the mattress takes shape! It's not like a memory foam topper that you have to wait hours to expand, once its out of the plastic shrink wrap, it's ready for you!
Both of us are warm natured, so we needed a mattress that wouldn't keep all of our body heat in and this one does the trick! It's also SUPER soft! I love that it isn't quilted on the top like a traditional mattress and the sides are rounded instead of having a big hard seem around the edges. Both of these things just add to the comfort level of the T&N mattress and Mr. Jones and I both agree that we LOVE it!
Before we got a new mattress, I was waking up every morning with lower back pain. Sleeping on this new memory foam mattress is truly a DREAM! I haven't had lower back pain since and every morning I wake up feeling rested and ready to tackle the day. The memory foam is perfectly bouncy but you don't sink too far into it which also aids in keeping you cool- two thumbs up!
The best part is that Tuft & Needle ships free and is SUPER affordable! We will definitely get another one in the future for our guest room and love that they are made in the US. Another benefit of the T & N mattress is that you have 100 days to decide if you like it with their hassle free return policy!

We still LOVE our Tuft & Needle mattress! It still looks and feels like new even after moving it twice last year. I love how easy it is to spot clean, and it was SO comfy when I was pregnant with Jett. It was easy to get in and out of, too!
