Overalls have made their comeback and are showing up everywhere. The good news is that the right pair can be so versatile with endless outfit options! I was hesitant to embrace overalls again too, but once I saw how this Madwell pair fit I was sold. Another great thing about them is that they’re perfect for any music festival! I love music festival fashion because it's the perfect excuse to pile on accessories and wear something totally different than what you're used to! Keep reading for three ways you can rock overalls to any music event and the rest of summer!
1. BE A BOHO BABE
Rock your overalls with a cropped tank top, gladiator sandals, and a statement necklace and you'll be music festival ready no matter where you're headed! For my "crop top," I actually tied a Free People tank top in the back to make it shorter. This is a great way to use pieces in your closet you already have to achieve that music festival vibe! Add a hat like this Brixton number because there is one rule to music festival fashion that I always love: more is more! Pile on those bracelets, glimmering temporary tattoos, and tie a faded plaid shirt around your waist for good measure.
2. SHOW SOME SHOULDER
Off the shoulder tops are HUGE this season, so it's likely you already have one but if not, it will certainly be easy to find the perfect style! Overalls look super cute with a simple fitted jersey off the shoulder top, or be bold with a flowy off the shoulder number! Whatever style you choose will be perfect for any music festival this summer and pretty much any summer activity ever!
3. YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH CLASSICS
A simple tank top and classic Chuck Taylor's with your overalls will create the perfect casual summer look. Make it music festival ready with accessories and add some interest by braiding your hair (milkmaid braids would be SO CUTE)!
No music festival plans this summer?! Create your own by spinning some tunes on one of Crosley's record players in your back yard! Invite some friends over, throw some burgers on the grill, and have some refreshing beverages ready and you my friend have created your very own unique music festival! You could even make flower crowns...so fun!
I hope you've enjoyed today's music festival style tips, I'll be sharing more all week so check back tomorrow for my music festival worthy DIY! I'm also taking over Crosley's Instagram feed- check it out here!
Have a wonderful week!
